Pros

Misery loves company so people can be friendly to each other

Cons

There is no trust in the ever-changing management structure mainly driven by the overseas (Spain) attitude about US workers. Very little respect towards woman, more mature or anyone not of Spanish descent. Many disheartening and illogical strategies... Changing policies and overly demanding wasteful policies.

Pros

-New CEO has high expectations but communicates clearly and appears to value employees and their contributions. -Good options available for employees in the pandemic -Pandemic has proven that our company is not only recession-proof but also pandemic-proof for job security. -Front line managers and supervisors have deep care and concern for their employees and our communities. Major disconnect with directors and above.

Cons

-Favoritism runs rampant with existing leadership team, jury is out on new CEO still. -Employees who vocalize being overwhelmed or needing help are seen as lower performers. Needing help is seen as a weakness. There are good options to take care of personal matters during the pandemic, however individual leaders have implied to employees to not take advantage of them because the results still need to be achieved. Essentially external, broad-based employee benefits and communications are negated by the shadowy leadership culture. -There is a relentless pursuit for employees to over-perform, this is leading to mass burn-out. But not a lot of opportunity to find something else because of the pandemic. We have these great benefits to care for the employees, but when some employees have tried to use them, it is viewed negatively against the employee. -Big disconnect between senior leaders and front line leaders. -In desperate need for additional resources in the field and in front line management, however we appear to fill more leader positions at extremely high salaries. -Newer employees are valued much more than existing employees. Director and VP titles given out like candy to these employees, as long as they are viewed as a "favorite". -Company encourages innovation, but gets annoyed hearing about the past.

Owned by a Spanish company that views diversity and inclusion as an audit checkpoint. they really don't believe nor care about a diverse organization.
