      Very Toxic, bullying, no direction, too many managers without experience in the field they supervise. Large turn over and burnout, constantly being moved around to different managers.

      Estability, work ambient, big company with mobility options

      Cons

      Low salary in comparison with other utilities. Difficulty to grow if you don't move. as a big company there are many procedures and sometimes work is slow.
