      My team and direct management is great.

      Cons

      Upper management and CEO don’t care what the employees want, forcing full time in office even through we had great outcomes in hybrid.

      Don't believe everything they tell you they will hook you with all the things you want to hear

      Pros

      Decent 401k match options nice, some decent coworkers as long as you are not threatening their position other than that tons of snakes in the grass don't trust the smiles in your face be aware of the betrayal behind your back and the high school like clicks

      Cons

      no work life balance, no respect for employee personal time and life. you work for them they feel you belong to them and their needs. expectation of you to be available 24/7 is unrealistic and unhealthy. don't get sick the expectation to function 100% remains. don't try to spend time with your family that is also an issue you should want to work at all times nothing else matters

      Incredible benefits - including award winning student loan debt program and 401(k) plan, as well as a bunch of free wellbeing programs (sleep deprivation, feritlity, EAP, diabetes/pre-diabetes/hypertension, digital exercise therapy, etc..) Great internal mobility opportunities, and laser focus on DEI.
