The benefits and compensation were fair, there were some opportunities for advancement. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

Lots of organizational growing pains as it sought to merge formally disparate utilities. It was very challenging to get things done, processes were overly complex, and everyday work was very reactionary vs strategic/planned.
