There is virtually no communication between departments. Mid management and up is a nightmare in most cases.

Incredibly smart, passionate people who care a lot about their customers.

Cons

Influence from abroad that is a disconnected from local cultural understanding. This is an issue but more of an issue that they lack interest in trying to learn why it's different in order to make the best decisions. Too bad because it gets in the way of building a stronger cross-geography culture and they lose talented leaders on a consistent basis because of it.
