      Embarrassingly inefficient...

      Pros

      People care because they have 30 yrs experience here

      Cons

      Most everything requires jumping through hoops to get the simplest tasks done. More and more obstacles tend to slow down progress making these caring and passionate people more than frustrated. It's a bad sign when the culture shifts to one of apathy because of very very out of touch and now out of sight management lost touch with customers.

      If you want over time pay you'll always have it.

      Cons

      Enough work to kill a horse. Underpaid Treated like crap my upper management Mangers gossip Work load is so intense you can't think. Management and other departments will watch footage while soc operations is over worked and grossly underpaid. The security management is very rude and will treat you like your a second class Citizen.

      No more work from home

      Pros

      Pay is competitive and 401k matching program is amazing. The work and projects are inspiring and motivate a team of great professionals towards accomplishments.

      Cons

      Senior management seems stuck in the 1950’s. Work from home and hybrid program to end completely in September 2024, Diversity and inclusion efforts talk a good game but leadership doesn’t even know what it doesn’t know about it but that’s ok because they actually really only do it for the press and don’t care about the results.
