      Extremely long working hours, No training - everythig is pretty much self taught, high turnover in leadership, High burn out rate.

      Pros

      There are not many, few people are good.

      Cons

      This company is full of snakes. Management personal deals with particular employees, have to bow down to management to get anywhere, per diem for some travelers and not others. You move up if you are willing to get on your knees to please management individuals. Treat you like crap. Management will lie to you to your face about anything. If you can get inside deals or monetary gains or bribes then you are a keeper.

      Employees actually care about the customers

      Cons

      Overseas management makes all decisions while US executive management hides themselves in their unlabeled offices and safeguard their part of the building with security measures even to their own employees No executive interaction with employees unless it’s staged. No work life balance. Long hours, stress, relentless meetings, etc. Remote or hybrid working isn’t in their future portfolio, and will be a thing of the past. Don’t let them fool you with their mental health advocacy either. They are known for placing employees on performance improvement plans after returning to work from a disability leave only to terminate them with sad disastrous outcomes to follow.
