focus not on people growth, managers not focused on people, confusion about roles and responsibilities. Work environment is not healthy

Pros

OK to good pay, nice colleagues. Brilliant place for a few years but keep your eyes open and think of your long term goals.

Cons

Quality has probably gone down as the numbers increased. Felt a bit EIMS / SellbyTell towards the end. The fake empathy and sound byte niceness can be a bit much at times, maybe not quite so nice underneath.
