the first impression is great but...
Pros
- good bonuses - nice atmosphere with friendly colleagues - good salary - WFH - none working activities
Cons
- a big corporation controlled from the U.S. - the same KPIs and plan for everyone regardless of market size - a plan drawn up without regard to the current situation in the country, lack of flexibility - you are evaluated by those who don't know you professionally, such as your teammates - require you to perform tasks that your predecessors did not perform - too many internal meetings that don't make sense - lack of boss's expertise - big pressure immediately after training to perform and bring money - constant new approaches for working with clients that force you to present, but in reality they are used for example for a year and then they want a different model again - a reward system based also on the work of other teams (e.g. from the license compliance department)
