-Team spirit: lots of collaboration within and across departments -Real opportunities to learn and be trained, including paid training by the company -Communication from leadership: within the first couple months I had already participated in an office-wide meeting with leadership including the CEO -Fun activities outside of work to meet other people in the HUB: volunteering, sports activities etc.

-Some administrative/procedural hurdles when trying to get things done
