very chill job, most peers are friendly and smart, most managers friendly, director is nice, meal vouhers, respect for private life, interesting product

Cons

CS department does not grow in responsibilities, it is like a call center - you have to call a lot everyday to have short conversations with clients, lots of admin work and that is your KPI. CS people here can do more than that, have some skills that are not being used... one of the managers has mental health issues, very controlling and passive aggressive, micro managing. the top leaders are receiving complaints and do not do anything about it. it is a pity because other managers are nice. (there was another manager who had same issues but luckily was moved to another department).
