Great company, with a toxic culture developing

Pros

- Nice benefits and compensation - A lot of talented and capable people - Remote working opportunities and business travel - Good mentorship program and individual development

Cons

-Self service HR model that doesn’t really support employees -Before the changes in exec leadership, the culture was great. Now there’s a toxic culture developing, with some senior leaders showing a serious lack of empathy and emotional intelligence -It's not acceptable to have Senior Directors or VPs that have no meaningful experience in the organization they manage and openly state that they are there to learn a new job. It feels like they got there mostly because of their time in the company -It can get very political and decisions are made very slowly, often without data
