Compared to the Barcelona SaaS market, Autodesk salaries are just the half

- Really nice team, culture and spirit - Plenty of training possibilities - Interesting products and initiatives

Cons

- Salaries are too low, compared to workload and other SaaS companies - no possibility in re-negotiating your salary after 1-2 years - 5-10% salary raise blocker if you want to move internally - Greedy management although stock price DOUBLED last year + 26% growth in a pandemic

Very poor sales bonus structure, you sale 3years and you are paid you 1,5 adding the exagereted annual sale target Managers are champions of Micro and Nano management, you have to arg more than working Your career development and succès depend if you are friends of senior managers or if you have shared with them a workplace in the past
