Pros

2 days working from home

Cons

My experience was extremely disappointing. The company engages in unethical practices such as recording conversations and Zoom meetings without proper consent, fabricating opportunities to manipulate KPIs, and fostering a toxic management culture. Instead of supporting employees, management resorts to bullying tactics, frequently sending aggressive emails and creating a stressful work environment. Unfortunately, employee well-being is not a priority, and there is little accountability for leadership’s behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and professional workplace.

Pros

From the cleaner to the C level management everyone id very helpful and willing to give you their time to help you become successful in the company. Compared to other American multinationals they implement changes quickly and efficiently. They pay well but do have high expectations in return. Atmosphere, management style, support and remuneration is all very good. There is obviously a reason that they are rated as one of the best places to work. Only been here 4 months but am so far very very happy.

Cons

As with any American multinational they have many rules and regulations compared to EU companies and this takes some getting used to

Pros

Benefits package: very good private health insurance, above average food allowance. Good for a first sales experience: they give you space to develop your own sales strategy and recently more coaching sessions. Helpful and friendly colleagues. Big name on curriculum. LGBTQA+ Friendly

Cons

Commission structure changes every quarter, no stability in that regard and is perfect to demotivate sales people. Progress within the company is very slow, if you enter in an entry level job you will be stuck for quite some time to progress to a more senior sales role like account manager. There is a lot of mentioning of improving job roles and responsibilities but expect to wait for it endlessly. Middle management is more focused on reporting (pulling reports from salesforce) than actually developing people. More focus on KPI (callrate, call time) than actual value adding activities. HR is very sharky eg. Selling the job, salary negotiations and can even belittle you when going for a promotion. Be prepared to be your manager’s best friend if you want to get a minor yearly salary increase. Lately big turnover of people.
