Pros
Pay and benefits are competitive.
Cons
Career advancement has nothing to do with job performance. The work environment is very political and leaderships' view of people is subjective. While there are a few gems, leadership is predominantly dishonest, incompetent and downright nasty which is ironic for an organization which boasts about hiring "Nice" and "Bright" people. Management by fire drill is the norm and treats employees like they are negotiating with external suppliers. Management brings HR into employee reviews for a reason. There are frequent hiring freezes, despite a continuous outflow of employees. The lawsuits levied against this organization by ex-employees and external firms speak volumes. They do not listen, contract honorable or implement and do what they say. CEO is a polished and consummate salesman who has surrounded himself with poor management and it shows.
