Pros

benefits are decent, not great, but decent It's conveniently located almost outside of the city so the commute is reasonable without fighting a lot of city traffic Pay is competitive with other institutions

Cons

Inept management all the way around Middle management seems much more concerned with covering their own butts that they are willing to throw good people under the bus when something compromises the way they look to senior management Parking on site used to be decent, now it is a nightmare

There were tons of overtime hours available if you need them. Staff and managerial support. Educationl needs greatly met with paid seminars

Cons

At times the amount of work can be overwhelming. However there really is not anything bad to say about working at St. Joes

Cons

No cafe in office. Office Location not so great. Too much travel sometimes. Overall, I do not have much bad to say about the company.
