      Company growing with lots of pain........

      Pros

      The company is growing very fast. Decent wages are given. Work hours are flexible and time off is given when employee needs to take it.

      Cons

      As the company is growing the growing pains are not a good experience. They are starting to micromanage more and more! Not a good thing. Management won't communicate all the changes that are taking place.

      Pros

      Used to have a mom and pop type feel...could come and go as you liked as long as work was getting done and you worked 40 hours...

      Cons

      No pay raises or bonuses...no tuition reimbursement...they are very reactive vs proactive...

      Pros

      ApplusRTD trains their own at no cost to the employee but only for the operating field positions. Plenty of room for advancement in operating field positions. The company strives for growth financially....

      Cons

      ...At the cost of the employees. Human Resources is too involved with CYA instead of the employee morale which is horrible. The company is extremely divided across the US and even within offices. Management does not have leadership skills. Never seemed to recover from growing pains.
