      People and team collaborative efforts are what keep employees here. We are a thriving organization that has been through a lot of change, some good some not. However, change brings opportunities. If you can navigate through chaos and build relationships you are empowered to truly be a contributor to the Organization.

      Inconsistent decisions and accountability result in poor performing offices. Strong employees are overworked.

      There are some great people in the divisional offices.

      Cons

      This is a not a healthy work environment. The company has restructured so many times and no one has a clue what is going in. Communication is terrible. Expectations are not clearly lined out. They do not think things through in an organized fashion. Upper management cares only about numbers not quality of work.The Operations division is not held accountable for the errors and mistakes that ultimately lead to billing and processing errors by shared services. Garbage in /garbage out. They do not have a fair grading system, The fear of losing ones job is so bad it has turned good supervisors and employees into bitter people that will lie and blame anyone to save themselves, HR is a joke. They entertain a complaint over the smallest infraction but overlook years of complaints and serious violations. As long as you know someone you are safe from reprimand no matter how much money you cost the company.
