      This is a great company that honestly considers their employees to be their greatest asset. Anyone can walk into a senior manager's office, express their opinion, and be taken seriously. Continuous improvement is baked into the culture. At 50+ years old, an amazing number of people have been there for 20-30+ years. Especially in high tech, that says a lot.

      Acronyms, code names and other jargon impede communication.
