      Pros

      I am a long time employee (~20 years) who has stayed because ADI has always been a great place to work. There have always been opportunities to grow through the years. It is a place where you can have a healthy work life balance. It is a big enough company to have opportunity, but not too big where you could get lost in the crowd.

      Cons

      It is a highly collaborative culture which can be good, but can also lead to slow decision making.
