      Pros

      Good products for the most part. Most of the people are wonderful to work with. Decent benefits. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every year to the point that you are watching over your shoulder for the other shoe to drop. And it always does. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Poor communication between upper management and the rest of the company.

      Not all groups the same, some older support organizations are filled with bureaucracy and outdated systems. Attempts are being made to improve but its slow going.
