Pros working in other teams in Analog Devices except PTE team 1. Work Life balance in every team except Product and Test Engineer Team 2. Will gain Knowledge from their respective team members 3. Healthy atmosphere except in PTE team 4. Except PTE team every team recruits freshers from IIT's ( Mostly PTE team will recruit freshers from non IIT's). So you will have a chance to work with Talented people
Cons
Cons working in PTE team 1. No Work Life Balance 2. Have to stay late at nights 3. Micro Managing 4. No team Outings. 5. Mental Stress and Pressure 6. So many people left PTE team as there is no work life balance (Take this point as a suggestion)
