      Pros

      Smart engineers and generally reasonable rank and file employees.

      Cons

      Opinion ... Ladder climbing marketeers making decisions on product development even though they couldn't design their way out of a paper bag. History of ethical lapses SEC fines and other unmentionable.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. For the most part, great people at the lower levels to work with. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about looking good for customers and cutting costs. Communication is horrible. No training even though you're expected to take over more and more things as they make cuts and let go of employees and contractors.
