Pros

The salary for a customer service position is quite good for Spain. Meal card. You learn a lot if it's your first job I would say you can do it but it's hard mentally.

Cons

It's a job that will make you cry. Bad mood all the time. You basically get yelled at on the phone the whole day. I would not advise anyone to come work here, you have to take 60-80 calls a day. Sometimes it's just people complaining the whole day because they have raised the price of the cards or made a mistake. There is a lot of things to learn and a lot of pressure. You can't just go to the bathroom or you have to be 1-2min max back , you have a status and have to stay available. Poor management it really depends on who you have. Poor career development if you are a top performer they will do anything to make you stay and not leave in another department. Other departments are ok and not as stressful.

Probably one of the worst company I have worked for. 100% office politics, pay is terrible and no benefits, toxic work environment.They preach lies and there is a complete lack of empathy for the employees. Very poor leadership. I left as soon as possible. You are just a number there. Also there products are not what they seem and very expensive for the returns you get. They sell lies be you an employee or a customer. Avoid at all costs.
