Pros

The salary for a customer service position is quite good for Spain. Meal card. You learn a lot if it's your first job I would say you can do it but it's hard mentally.

Cons

It's a job that will make you cry. Bad mood all the time. You basically get yelled at on the phone the whole day. I would not advise anyone to come work here, you have to take 60-80 calls a day. Sometimes it's just people complaining the whole day because they have raised the price of the cards or made a mistake. There is a lot of things to learn and a lot of pressure. You can't just go to the bathroom or you have to be 1-2min max back , you have a status and have to stay available. Poor management it really depends on who you have. Poor career development if you are a top performer they will do anything to make you stay and not leave in another department. Other departments are ok and not as stressful.

Pros

They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

Cons

The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...
