Pros

Very good pay, challenging, opportunity to lead large groups, growth opportunities to develop in the company.

Cons

Work/life balance is non-existent, 16 hour days, shift work, could be working nights or bouncing back and forth from days to nights, on your feet the entire shift, not allowed to take time for lunch or to sit down, no breaks allowed for management because you are working through the Associates breaks doing their jobs.
