Superb place to work! Really great atmosphere, people work hard but their is a great commission structure to help drive you along!

Cons

Does not leave you too qualified to leave into non sales roles! Although you will build great consulting (banking etc) contacts which will help a little

- Career development: running projects for clients quickly and running a team in a year - Management & training - Openness - Culture: parties, young, smart, similarly minded but diverse perspectives - Growth (personal and company) - Opportunities: promotion, initiatives, meeting great people - Always changing, so it's always interesting -- great if you like flexibility and problem solving - Learn many industries quickly

Cons

- Long hours compared to non-finance job -- relative and depends on perspective - It's really great! Besides hours, no complaints.

Excited to go to work everyday. You work in and learn about a new sector or industry everyday -- always a new challenge. Management does a great job fostering a creative, fun environment, and encouraging employees to innovate and create initiates to improve the work place.

Cons

Analyst role is extremely fast-paced, and can get rather overwhelming at times. Some people seem to thrive off this, while it can be quite challenging for others.
