      Pros

      - Immense amount of responsibility given to entry level analysts. From the start, you are exposed to a wide array of industries and are very quickly given direct contact with clients and managing your own projects. - The work is fast paced and exciting. - Young, fun culture! There are frequently activities outside of work, including football or soccer games for the AlphaSights sports teams, trivia night, afterwork drinks, etc. - Start up feel: Unlimited opportunity to take part in aspects of the business outside of primary role (recruiting, professional development, interviewing, charity work)

      Cons

      - Fast-paced delivery might not be for everyone. Definitely not the type of job where you just have to show up.

      -Large amounts of responsibility from day one and flexibility to be creative when solving problems. -Opportunity to learn about several industries while being involved in growing your own company. -Environment that encourages learning and challenges you to grow professionally. -Young, fun, and high energy atmosphere/strong culture.

      Cons

      The work is diverse and the company is growing/improving/changing all the time. I think if you don't like change or would prefer to coast, it wouldn't be a good place.

      Pros

      AlphaSights hires incredibly bright and driven individuals to their client service team and as a result the firm is able pass on a lot of responsibility to entry level analysts. At other firms it might take years to get client contact and even longer to begin managing/running your own projects. AlphaSights allows most analysts to gain client contact very early on in their career which is a very cool experience. In addition, the culture here is amazing. Everyone who works at ASNY is young, smart and full of energy. We play on many different sports teams and always find reasons to celebrate and go out for drinks as a team. Everyone at the firm shares the common goal of wanting to grow the company as quickly and efficiently as possible, it is great to have that community feel.

      Cons

      We are always extremely busy with multiple projects and work streams. I would say time management becomes the hardest part of this job and making sure all of our clients are satisfied.
