Cons

Very old fashione leadeshipstyle. Pretty old management in R&D more concerned of protecting their individual kingdoms instead of looking for cross-functional cooperation. Close to retirment,none of the R&D directors is willing to make decisions and take the risk of making mistakes. Always fear to get fired.
