Pros

Great atmosphere, small company, nice offices, good benefits and work-life balance. It was an unique experience to star a company from scratch.

Cons

Unfortunately the company was acquired by AstraZeneca and Almirall close operations in Canada. It is going to be hard to find a company with the same atmosphere.

You can get to work with very talented people from many different countries, multicultural place. Located in Barcelona which is a great city. Corporate gym.

Cons

No real career prospects. If you want to advance you basically have to leave the company. Very sexist company as well no work - life balance, very few woman are senior managers or directors. Staying for long hours in the office is well perceived instead of a more efficient way to work . No pension plan

Still some old fashion views/behaviors embedded in the company, people need to believe more in the potential of the company, no shares scheme, no pension plan, burocracy, holiday flexibility
