      Pros

      Great atmosphere, small company, nice offices, good benefits and work-life balance. It was an unique experience to star a company from scratch.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company was acquired by AstraZeneca and Almirall close operations in Canada. It is going to be hard to find a company with the same atmosphere.
