Still some old fashion views/behaviors embedded in the company, people need to believe more in the potential of the company, no shares scheme, no pension plan, burocracy, holiday flexibility

Free Pizza on fridays, clean offices

Cons

Very Political, a lot of negativity and bad mouthing between different departments, female managers also very bad managers and very two faced. Lots of tension between departments and nothing was done tor solve this, blame culture where managers don't support staff and treat them poorly

Somewhat decent product line. Okay if you are in need of an 'entry level' job into pharmaceuticals in dermatology.

Cons

Company has new President and change is the only constant. Many sales reps have been laid off and the morale is very low here. No job security. Constant micromanagement and unattainable quotas.
