Pros
To start, the Mobile office is filled with very friendly co-workers. Great mixture of senior level, mid-level, and green employees from all types of backgrounds (airplane, helicopter, space craft, civil engineering, etc.). Excellent diversity, many locals as well as transplants. The work environment was impressive. Great office lighting, window views, furnishing, and equipment. Something you can't appreciate until you have worked at a place with awful lighting and equipment.
Cons
Work was slow for a while during the tanker bidding. Advancement seemed limiting for some groups, and no virtually no limit for others.
