      Pros

      Airbus gives opportunities for career, work/life balance and very good benefits (salary, pension fund, ...). Amazing company to work for for family people with children, you get a lot of flexibility in working hours and holidays. Completely recommend it!

      Cons

      Even if I'm in love with Airbus and dreamed to come back after my internship, I have to admit that the company is quite old-fashioned with aging population. In areas I worked for (I'm not an engineer, I guess it will be completely different for them) I experienced lack of young and motivated people who are searching for challenges and want to change things.

      Pros

      Changes are happening, but not quick enough. Love the business we are in, nice to know we are helping people.

      Cons

      Need further purging of the old guard. Benefits not aligned with the rest of the company worldwide. For a company with communications in it's name, it does a poor job communicating. Employees are just tools to use and exhaust. If you are not in the California office you are nothing in this company.

      With europe's shrinking defence budget this company is suddenly short of business. Started globalisation and portfolio diversification very late. Future of the company gloomy,
