      Worst experience of my life

      I do not think that there is any good reason to work here

      Th company is filled with flaws in every thing be it organisation culture, remuneration, HR policies. I worked in one of the Delhi NCR branch. The branch manager there was the worst creature of the branch. No coordination was present between the employees. The branch manager use to scold its staff in a very bad manner and his favorites use to follow him the same way. There was a culture of senior staff suppressing the junior staff. I do not want to name the guy but he was of the belief to just get in fight with other staff and get the work done.

      Was placed at one of my dream companies to work for.

      Cons

      1. Crappy Pay 2. Borning Positions 3. Don't care about their employees, just the customer who has purchased their services 4. Not easy to approach about issues 5. Not responsive when you have a problem 6. Prefer you to NOT have contact with their customer - even if that person is your "boss when you are contracted" 7. RUDE EMPLOYEES 8. Take forever to get paperwork to you 9. Very unprofessional 10. Took all benefits away from their employees 11. High turnover in positions due to lack of pay & benefits!

      Very Shady Practices

      Pros

      If you want to have very simple warehouse work, this is a no brainer. They can find you work rather quickly if they are actively staffing for a warehouse.

      Cons

      When they hired me they said that they usually hired full-time non temp employees after the 90 day period. I worked there for almost 2 years at the same job and they didn't hire me and kept me close to minimum wage.
