      Despite the horrible leadership there are some good people that work for the company

      The worst leadership I've seen in my career. They call themselves an HR services firm yet know nothing about HR or service for that matter.

      Lots of opportunity stifled by inconsistency between message of leaders and actions of leaders and their direct reports.

      Pros

      The colleagues who are employed by the company are top-quality. They are helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and overall very friendly. If you take a few minutes to walk around and introduce yourself, they are so willing to be open and help you in the future.

      Cons

      Leadership has no concept in corporate of their silos or how to change. They don't realize that their actions speak louder than their words and "silent" struggles between SVPs are not going unnoticed or ignored by the colleagues. Sending a message of "this is how we want to be" doesn't erase the months of watching power plays between leaders, especially those between new upper-level executives and old-time 10-years-plus-tenured senior leaders.

      Pros

      The pay was great, the location of the position was good too. The other employees were very nice. The hours were perfect for my schedule, 6am to 2:30pm.

      Cons

      I was told when I first met the recruiter that I would be able to go full time with the company itself. Two weeks in I though it was a company that I could commit to for a long time. But then during a meeting the department supervisor let it slip that the department was going to be relocating to another state within two months. I looking into this further with other permanent employees, turns out they knew for about four months before "the contractors" were brought in.
