Upper management in my department was awful and very much based on politics. One MARRIED man in particular - still there I might add - had an alcohol problem that would very much affect other employees. If he was drinking at an after work function or a work dinner/event, he would become inappropriate to female colleagues - including me at one point. He's faced a talking to from HR once for lewd behavior & yet, he still has a job & sits on the leadership team. I felt like leadership did not have the best intentions for employees. They often claimed to be transparent, but rarely were. Only for the first year did I ever really feel "safe" in my job, then when I saw three people in our department get fired in one day (very obviously and during the middle of the day), I got very anxious & nervous. Many of us did. The dynamic changed. I'm glad I got the work experience I did, but I do not miss that place. At all.

I could go on forever about poor management, incompetents, poor impressions, miscommunication, disrespect, not to mention how much of a cut there probable making off your hard work, while they do nothing. Here's the bottom line, DON'T GO TO WORK FOR ADECCO! Trust me your better off checking around, there are better agencies out there!
