Pros

When I was there, it was quite flexible. You could choose to WFH if needed as long as you inform your manager. If you are a person who just follows instructions and don't question your superior's decisions, you will probably thrive here.

Cons

If you are a recruiter with entrepreneurial mindset, be ready for your wings to be clipped. On paper they encourage freedom but at the end of the day they have a typical corporate culture. You will be seen as just a number. If you are subservient and follow instructions, you will be rewarded and favoured. Especially by one of the team managers, the only foreigner from a certain ASEAN country.

Hiring process fast, if the client approves.

Cons

Ridiculous salary, and they used to make mistakes with payment. They promised private insurance, but I was never able to use it, car they never finished the process with the provider.
