Very well known brand name Easy to open gates because of the above Offices everywhere Quite OK bonus system

Cons

Low quality searches Mass reqruitment Tarnished name in the business Pay is very average Put in same bracket as Manpower which does no good to the business

Pros

Professional Recruiters and the overall culture of the agency. You're always greeted with a smile and they always make you feel as though you're an important part of the company.

Cons

Employee Handbook states that their are training opportunities for computer programs; however each time I asked recruiter how I could take advantage of this, I was told that she would check into it but there was no follow-up.

Anyone newer than 10 years is considered a 2nd classer. There are a lot of job squatters, eventually they get promoted to positions of importance, unfortunately. Innovations and progress suffers. World's largest "mom and pop" organization
