If you enjoy the position, job stability is solid considering the size of the company; huge great network of colleagues

Cons

Outdated equipment/tools/hardware/software-- Because of size and uniform compliance of the company, even something as simple as updated Internet Explorer is not available; Work is like production line-- Get the candidate in and out and fill jobs.. All about #s.. Treating people like things; unless you are part of the 1%, it's a long, tedious, mostly unsuccessful way to get from bottom of the barrel.. Growth not outlined or solid

Great dynamics - many clients, various industries, positions at different levels Fair and satisfying bonus scheme - you know what you are putting efforts for Friendly and informal work environment, enough freedom A lot of space for creativity and realization of own ideas Great people

There is a tendency of letting the talented new-comers cope with the new environment by their own - not good initial training, expectations for fast results during the first months Very emotionally engaging and stressful job, handling many projects at the same time, always tough deadlines
