The fast pace working environment here helped me learn how to work under pressure and manage time well. People here are very nice. Little office politics.

Cons

There are not many employees working in my office, so there is little chance to work with different people.

Less politics, Sat- Sun off, Timely salary payment thats it. Good for Learning as one person is expected to do 2 people work,

Don't trust this co on incentives, Job insecurity, layoffs, No strategic management, All depends on Management decisions, Boasts of values but lives nothing, poor salary, no growth, no salary hikes in last 2 years, if they give it is peanuts, Rs. 500 can also be given as hike. Attrition rate very high.
