Frequent last-minute WhatsApp messages ask for volunteers to cover manpower shortages. The unpredictability makes it difficult for both part-time and full-time staff to plan their time. Crew rostering appears to rely heavily on reactive coordination by the project specialist overseeing schedules, resulting in frequent last-minute shift requests.

structured, almost like a school system. Unspoken strict rules. role can be demanding and there is not much work-life balance. The environment is quite strict and may not suit everyone. No career progression.
