      Don't know a lot about HR. Pretend HR company.

      Pros

      Nice people. The people help contribute to a friendly culture in some departments.

      Cons

      Incredible turn over of 25%. Outsource everything from finance to IT. The only things left are sales and the few people for job placement. Seen countless people believe their managers to get dumped after incredible amounts of work being promised nice contracts. They often bring in high caliber employees from other company that are unable to do the job and try to suck out as much as possible. As a result they are left with a lower quality staff, because no one wants to work for these arrogant people. There is a reason other companies are pulling ahead of them. I wouldn't suggest trusting any of their sub companies either. 10/10 would not recommend.

      Pros

      Adecco IT tries hard to provide a good working environment. They provide free snacks, bi-weekly events like ice cream socials, pot lucks, etc. There's a ping pong table in the break room as well.

      Cons

      Not a lot of top tier talent. There are a lot of people who have been with the company for 15+ years. Technology is fast changing, and having co-workers who are so long tenured tends to result in a lack of innovation and ambition.

      Poor management structure

      Pros

      Immediate team were good to work with. Client are notoriously hard to please but were also very helpful even during the busiest times.

      Cons

      Management on both Account and sector were very poor. Reminded me of a 'clique' where you had to be friendly with them to have any chance of progression. It is such a shame as the rest of the team were brilliant.
