Family oriented employees. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Employees are taken advantage. Over worked and underpaid. No clear direction given. No realistic goals or expectations given to employees. Executive leadership team are not strong or carring of their employees. Company hardly supports their employees or listen to them. Too many politics. Company is loosing a lot of business, respect and good employees. Revolving door of employees. Unstable company to work for. No job security here.

*HR does not always know what they should do. Unfamiliar with employment laws. *too many issues with payroll. Incorrect pay, turnaround time for resolution takes weeks *somewhat disorganised for a multi national company.

Great Benefits. Company has lots of potential but needs a leadership makeover.

Cons

Company culture and work environment is toxic!! I've often questioned myself "how does this company make money?" Do many inefficiencies that don't make sense. No one wants to traje accountability to make BIG decisions to get bad managers/leaders out. It's not conducive for anyone to be successful in thier. Employees are set up to fail. Sink or swim. Eat or be eaten. CEO is in everyone's business. Sends emails at 2am 4am and expects answers. If the company were rated for managers that go out on the companies dime and get drunk it would be rated a 5. Questionable behavior and practices that might make someone with integrity question whether they really want to work for a place like this.
