This place doesn't even verify that you have H.S. diploma. Some management have no college experience. Place is a joke.

Pros

They allow you to work early shifts and work from home depending on the department.

Cons

Personally, being such a diverse Co. AXA should stand by that. My time there, there were probably only two African Americans in management (of over 50 of the same race in management). My experience with promotions is unless you kissed butt you could look to stay in your current position for years, or unless you were forced out in various ways.

Cons

Dysfunctional leadership Long periods of training; high turnaround, low retention of good employees Exceptional employees are not rewarded HR issues including delayed payments or missing OT/Holiday pay Working weekends/holidays Departments do not communicate well with each other

Cons

One would immediately believe your entering into this superb elite of global thinkers; however my experience was that they are not and that anytime I tried to raise the bar, I was made to feel as not being a team player.
