Don't expect anything other than a paycheck

They usually accept new graduates and they are open to training people, which is an excellent opportunity for people with no experience The work load varies a lot depending on the project you work on, in my case the workload was easy to handle Being able to work remotely 3 weeks a month Flexible working times Colleagues are nice and friendly
Cons
There are absolutely no benefits or bonuses at all. This year we got a 750 TL and a 1000 TL gift card in some holidays, and that's it. The amount of money they give for team meetings is a joke compared to what other companies give. Other companies do parties, do happy hours, give so much more money for team meetings. Both bigger and smaller companies than AVL Turkey. Stop using the number of employees you have as an excuse. Management tries to make everything so hard, the protocols they have for some procedures are complicated for no reason at all The equipment they provide is terrible Monetary transportation support is very low, definitely not enough for even just 1 trip let alone going back and forth They do not care if you leave. They simply don't, you are replaceable in their eyes, which is why there are so little seniors in the company compared to the juniors. Anyone that works here for more than a year complains about the company There are no social events. Zero. When the management is asked about the events they used to do, they reply saying that they got cancelled because of the pandemic. AVL used to gatherings at Sapanca, but now Mr. Serkan says we can't do it because we are too big of a company. Just take the departments one by one, it's really not hard to find a solution as long as you're willing to find a solution. The management doesn't spend any money on anything in the office to motivate the people. No coffee machine, no proper entertainment area, no snacks, nothing. The office looks depressing
