- Opportunity to visit other affiliates and countries through working at different projects - Multi - cultural team structure provides a colorful working environment and a chance to have a wide network all around the globe - Automotive projects are state-of-the-art - Job security - Flexible working hours - Open communication - Dynamic working environment

Cons

- Salaries are not satisfying even if you have good experience or spent some years at the company - Compensation rules and times are not clearly stated and sometimes not well organized - Payrise should be also higher if the profit margin has been evaluated and reflected to the end of the year with the bonuses

I could not found even single.

Cons

As a software engineer , if you want to learn nothing in your career it could be the best place for you .. No learning environment.. There is fixed and little work on very outdated technologies and other developers are very happy with this. It would be like government job if you persist for long as all senior employees do. Very long service bond and very less perks are offered to you .
