Pros

Lot of great gents and ladies are gathered under same roof. Teams are fun to work with.

Cons

Business attitude is strange. Several managers are still in the mind set of counting many butts have a seat in JLR or Ford. Even Director Manager admitted once in a meeting that this type of a business plan sounds like slavery. Yet it is similar in most of the other consultant subsidiaries. And most of all IK sucks...

Relatively relaxed environment, a LOT of opportunities to learn on powertrain systems from other departments, few bonuses but generally well presented, internal job rotations possible (though not always quickly).

Cons

Long decision time at HR, relatively high internal competition and friction.
