      I cannot say anything bad about the web-tools team, its fun, very professional, interesting projects, the team leaders are the best one can ask of, very helpful, friendly, cool dudes.

      Pros

      Avl has excellent products and employs an army of very smart people. The work environment is excellent especially in the HQ and in their US affiliate. Good chances to build your career and to learn something new almost every day due to their cutting edge development.

      Cons

      Not many from my point of view. Their Chinese affiliate is a bit of a mess, as it is ruled by a president, who is an excellent manager, but some in the management level below him and some of the people he trusts, rule their teams with fear only. Those people know exactly how to portray the effort of their teams as theirs and show themselves in the best light towards the headquarter. Headquarter people and the president don’t see through their act.
