Too Big

Pros

Good benefits package, bonus, pay is decent

Cons

Company is so big, it's hard to get anything done. Except lots of "box checking" for the sale of checking the box. Roles not clearly defined.

AT&T Government

Business Outlook

Pros

Above average pay with annual business unit/company bonus, annual raise, and annual individual contributor bonus depending on contribution Flexible work schedules Great tools and resources for training

Cons

Working in the Federal sector, you are seen as a "little brother" compared to the rest of AT&T. The company's focus is much more on media and entertainment.
